Do you ship worldwide?

We offer shipping to most countries! However, at the moment we do not ship to South America or Africa. 

How long does shipping take?

In Australia: 3-7 business days. 
Everywhere else: 15-29 business days. 

To qualify for free shipping in Australia, there is a minimum spend of $9.

Will my order have tracking?

All orders include tracking EXCEPT for Eleni's Little Mail Club.

Will I be charged duties?

Each customer is responsible for any duties and taxes required in their country upon collection of their parcel. However, in most countries our parcels are below the price threshold for paying tax and duties.
